panic attack

Wuwu. I think my skin on my face have become dry. I have super sensitive skin and easily break out so having much worse dry skin can cause more acne flares up. I think the reason is the aircond that situated just beside me in the office. Not really beside, it is nailed on the wall. The aircond is so weird, even I set it to be 29 C but it is still cold! Not like the aircond at my house. I set it to be 16 C but not cold at all. Same brand btw.

I used to have bad skin due to acne before so there are a lot of acne scars on my skin. Having dry skin now really make those scars more obvious and I feel insecure and not pretty. What I really want right now is having a nice smooth glowy skin and not dry flaky skin. Duhhh. So scared to know what is the outcome if I stay longer with current condition in the office. I need to do something. Don't want like this

Till then. Lets find a good moisturizer, wash face only twice a day and drink plenty of white water.
