Kids nowadays: Rape and Rob

When you below 17, you are still a kid. The life when you are a kid is the most happiest time ever because why? The only thing you should care is study. In fact, you don't need to work that hard in study. UPSR, PMR and SPM are really piece of cake. Study smart should be enough.

Other than that is really not your responsibility. Money and love is something that you should really put aside. Why bother about something that really isn't your responsibility?

The reason I'm writing about this are:

Case 1
Find in youtube : Perompak bawah umur,ganas dan bahaya.
A group of teenagers robbed a cyber cafe. If you watch the clip, you can see there even a kid who look like a nerd (wore a cap and spec) in those bunch of bad kids robbed, kicked and even battered the cc's assistants until one of the assistants got his hand broke.

How bad were those kids? Really bad. Like devils. All for what? Money. Seriously tell me. Why kids need money so much? They cannot buy car, they cannot buy house, they cannot even ask loan from Along. All the money is just to buy things like shoe, bicycle, games or computers. They are not desperate.

I hope these kids will be sent to Juvana since they need to learn from their mistake at that kind of place. Don't pity them. In fact, the parent also need to get counseling since they didn't take good care of their children. Don't control their children made friends with whom and don't know what they were doing.

Case 2
Read this : National bowler rapist escape jail because of bright future
This was really hot yesterday.It was trending in twitter with ppl hashtagging #brightfuturerapeok like mad. Ppl really were against the decision made by the court. I personally think the court made a VERY WRONG decision. They say that guy can escape jail because it was a consensual sexual relationship between them and  he has a bright future. How stupid is that?

When the girl you had sex with was underage, it was rape. Rape is rape, and you should get a severe punishment because of that. Having said that, the guy when he raped the 13 years old girl was 18 years old. So I'm not gonna talk about him. I want to talk about the girl. She was just 13 years old. Form 1. Still a kid and already had a boyfriend? Already exposed to kiss, hug and sex?

This led to handphone, tv and internet. With handphone kids can contact their boyfriend/girlfriend without the parent's knowledge. If from the land line phone and they often call, the parent will definitely know. Especially if the house is small and you put the phone near the tv where everyone in the family gather.

* For my kids, I will make sure my house is small and no handphone is allowed until you reach 17.

Okay for the tv and internet. Our country has been invaded with so much bad influence from outside. Seriously it is so easy to get access into 18sx material. In fact the movie that came into our cinema got a lot of sex element in it. You know how kids have a lot of curiosity? They will wonder a lot of things after seeing such movie. For this, I really have no idea how to prevent. It is way beyond parent's control.

* I hope Malaysia government will try to control the entry of bad influence and sex element into our network regardless in tv, movie or internet.

I am so gonna control my kids. But of course first I need to instill this kind of thinking:

1) You should know what is the consequence when you do wrong. 
Starting from 7 years old, if you do bad thing, I will beat my children with cane or hanger. My mother and my late father did this kind of teach back then and I never did that rebellion act or feel confined at home. I grow up as normal kid.

2) You should know how to differentiate what is wrong and what is bad
Really, kids nowadays are so messed up. They do not know what is bad what is good. For this, I will teach them about Allah. Islam way of thinking (Allah, Rasul, Al-Quran and Hadith) is really our saviour.

I am so gonna need to ask tafsir Al-Quran as the hantaran. The parent need to have the knowledge first then only the children will listen.

3) Bad friend is bad friend
I will tell my children this: your friend is bad when they do or asked you to join them do this : steal, expose your hair, don't listen to parent, don't study, do something against Islam, bullying and don't pity ppl with trouble.

What you need to do is ditch them. Or stay away as far as you can.

I hope my children will grow up as good person.

So many responsibility as parent kan?

Pray to Allah so that we can be a good parent.
