Sweaty much?

I was struggling to resize my pictures in this blog so that all pictures have the same size and the width and the height would be the same but I've been researching all day seem like need to do it manually. Arghhh. Don't like it.

Anyway actually the tittle post I want to put sweaty armpit but naahhh I guess if I put it like that if ppl search about it in the google they will be directed to this blog. Haha. Seriously don't want to attract a lot of attention.

I know a lot of ppl out there suffer from sweaty armpit. Definitely we don't want it to happen to us right? But it is very hard to prevent it since we live in a climate like Malaysia. If you have this condition it will make you feel less confident and on top of that if you are in the midst of presentation or in a meeting, it can somehow effect the quality of your presentation. I know it sounds exaggerating but its true ppl. You just cannot lift up your arm to point out where is the line you currently speaking. Haha.

I also suffer from this condition. On top of that I actually have hyperhidrosis (the condition where ppl sweats excessively). Seriously speaking it is very hard to control. Sob sob. This condition actually runs in the family. My sister also suffers from it. Wherever she goes, she needs to bring handkerchief and things getting worst during examination. Even normal ppl will have cold sweat during examination and definitely we are more worse than that. Like my sister she needs to bring more than one handkerchief. Definitely need to avoid the exam paper get wet right? Ahh life..

My condition is not as worst as my sister. I don't need to bring handkerchief during exam back then. I just have those moment when I'm watching exciting story like Running Man or Fear Factor. Not funny at all ppl. Sometimes I need to change my tshirt because I don't like being wet and sometimes if I feel so uncomfortable, I will take a bath.

Oh yes whenever I need to travel long hours, I will bring a lot of clothes because I don't like to wear one cloth from morning to night. Some ppl can because they don't sweat like me and stay fresh like in the morning but I seriously don't mind because the good thing is I can take pictures with different clothes. Haha. (for that I need a lot of pretty clothes)

If you have this kind of condition, it is important to wash regularly because sweats can actually attract a lot of bacteria which then resulting into bad smell. It is also crucial to find the right deodorant. Deodorant that suits you and able to make you feel fresh all day long. I found mine! So happy!

this need to be used after shower. I used it once per day only and it works!

Other than that, I also make sure my clothes are made from the right material and with the right color. You definitely want to avoid your sweat mark being noticed by others right? The suitable colors are usually soft colors. Dark colors can actually make it more clear. Huhu. And for the material you need to avoid is chiffon. Seriously it can bring you down ppl! However unfortunately sadly the current trend right now is chiffon and I must admit I cannot avoid of lusting over the chiffon blouses. They are so gorgeous! So whenever I need to wear chiffon blouses, I'll make sure I wear inner inside because it can reduce the clarity of the sweat mark. LOL.

Above are just methods on how to control it but if you want to prevent it at all, then I suggest you need to find another alternatives like surgery or botox injection (botox doesn't only applicable to make you having taut skin okay). I'm not sure what other methods for the prevention because probably I just don't want to search it. Scared later if I go and search about it deeply, it will influence me to wanting to have it.

I actually fine being myself and because I can talk about it means I can accept this condition. I just need to control it and I hope ppl who suffer from this condition (like me, lesser or worser) doesn't feel less confident and take the initiative to feel better everyday. Good luck ppl!
