I love weekend!

I have a little bit of Tuesday blues today. Mainly because I just had 3 days weekend. Weekend is such a bliss for me. I love it so much that I'm counting days until next weekend, which by the way just 4 days more!

A little bit of what I did this weekend.

On Saturday, we went to Paradigm Mall. Purpose? Daiso, Kaison and Harvey Norman. I love Daiso so much because everything is cheap, RM5 only. I bought baskets, anti-slip mat and toilet mat. I am so into organizing stuff right now that whenever I am free, I like to organize things. My main inspiration is I Heart Organizing blog. Just google, the blogger is so famous (so lazy to paste the link, haha).

Then, on Sunday we went to a friend's wedding in Klang.

Here me in green outfit matched with the wedding theme. I know, I looked a little bit fat here, I am 7 months preggy now. I don't think I eat too much, in fact I always feel hungry. I need to eat rice during lunch and dinner, if not I will get too hungry and dizzy in the next morning.

Feeling helpless. Don't know how to maintain my weight. Sigh (-_-)

Okay, enough with weight problem. Let's continue.

Since we already in Klang, we went to Jusco Bukit Raja (we just love Jusco since there were offers everywhere). Our purpose was to actually find outfit for my husband's company dinner at the end of this month. The theme? Safari. If you google Safari theme dinner or Safari outfit, the outfits popped up are usually so dull. Brown, khaki, black and army green. Its dinner, it supposed to be fun. So we looked for cheetah and zebra pattern (actually just me, my husband just like it simple). But to no avail. Maybe I will just wear a cheetah scarf, haha.

We also tried to find it inside FOS.

Also to no avail.

Suddenly, I saw baby outfits with so low price and offers.

I quickly went to that section.

Aww so many cute rompers. Only RM13/pcs with some more 20% offer. But since we already have like 10 rompers, we didn't buy any of the rompers.

So we walked more to other section. Ooo finally we saw jumpsuit! And with offer. Wink.

These were the jumpsuits we bought. After offer, the price was RM9.60/pc. Hihi. And the brand was Little Bundle. The picture is not very clear, we bought plain blue, plain pink, stripes pink and stripes blue jumpsuit.

And oh before I forget, we also managed to buy Mami Poko newborn pampers with very cheap price!

Only RM50 for 2. Go now to Jusco Bukit Tinggi. The offer is until 29th September 2013.

And Monday was our laundry day,cleaning the house day and buy the groceries day. Alhamdulillah, we settled most of our chores on Monday.

Hi Blog!

Hahaha. Poor my blog. I had been ignoring it for more than a month! So sorry. I was too lazy and lost my mojo, I think.

So what I was doing this one month?

I went to a few of friend's wedding.

Bff's wedding in Kedah. She now already pregnant. Congrats Omay!

My good friend when I was studying in Taa'yah. Pic of bride and groom with me and hubby didn't turn out nice (by which I looked fat).

My goodfriend, Sya's wedding. Everything was so colorful. Superlove!

Hahaha! What's up with the face? This was Mar's wedding from the groom side.

If you notice, my face looked quite pale on few of the pictures. Not only that, I also looked fat. Nowadays, I feel too lazy to capture any picture anymore. But there's actually a good excuse for that.

I am pregnant!

Hihihi.

It has been 2 months and 2 weeks already.

Morning sickness? A lot. But not quite severe. Alhamdulillah. I am nearing to finish my trimester. I really can't wait. I want that pregnancy glow that people have been talking about.

And I also need to buy some new clothes because frankly I can't fit into a lot of my clothes anymore. I felt tortured.

Farah's wedding

My housemate in UTP just got married today. Alhamdulillah everything went well. She was like me, worked really hard planning for her wedding. Her wedding is in Kelantan. So we are basically staying in Kelantan for the weekend. We stay in budget hotel, Polyland Inn in Wakaf Che Yeh.

I love this hotel. Even it is just a budget hotel, it provides every necessity needed for it's guests. This hotel has wall to wall carpet, towel, sejadah, TV with selected Astro channel (hubby was ecstatic when he found out he can watch MU plays tonight), water heater, kettle, mineral water and best of all, Wifi! ( thats why I can update my blog now. Haha)

I need to change

I read back my previous post and I really have to confess, I hate reading it. I was trying to be all positive and not sarcastic. But at the end, it turned out to be lame and boring.

Having said that, I still want to improvise myself, be positive and try to accept people weaknesses as much as people accept mine.

That is the first thing that I want to change. The second thing is more interesting. My friend just asked me whether I'm pregnant or not! Which of course I am not pregnant.

I didn't think she was teasing me. I strongly believe she asked because she saw my belly got fatter than before. Sigh.

Here. My wall of shame.

Then after the friend asked about it, whenever people wanted to capture my picture, I tried as much I can to cover my belly while still looked natural.

Hard work,  I know.

So what should I do?

A lot of exercise and controlling my food intake perhaps.

Wedding in Kampung Pengantin

Before I got married, I always wondered what type of place Kampung Pengantin was. I really thought Kampung Pengantin was a shop which sells wedding stuff until me any my husband were invited to a wedding at Kampung Pengantin last Sunday.

It was my husband's colleague's wedding. Thank you for inviting us, it was a good experience being there.

The hall was quite big and the ceiling was quite tall (how on earth I thought it was a shop. lol). It can accommodate approximately 500 guests I suppose. The environment was quite cosy and peaceful. With its white walls, it can suit any theme of wedding. That day the wedding theme was purple and we coincidentally wore purple too. Yey!

I like simple doorgift like this. Really. It was nice and clean. There were mini bahulu in those boxes.

When I went to people's wedding, I really felt like wanting to get married again. I mean to go through all over the process again. It was seriously fun. Of course I had down moments too but the moments taught me a lot of thing.

Ohh I really can't wait for my friend's wedding this coming Saturday.

Being a wife

I didn't update my blog for a while now. Being so busy adapting to my new life as a wife. At first, it was quite hard to adjust, I mean as a wife you have to take care of your husband too. Before married, I just took care of myself. I did what I wanted and what I dislike, I won't do. But after married, you have to listen to your husband and take care of him as well. This is the best part since guys are totally different from us woman.

So basically marriage is to know your other half better. thoroughly, deeper.

For those who think marriage is just about menghalalkan yang haram, think again. Its about responsibility mostly.

A husband has to carry his wife's sin and a wife has to listen to your husband.

And there are also household work, family and friends.


When you get married, your family gets bigger and your friends too.

So we have to learn to adapt and the most important thing, to compromise.


So what did we compromised?

First, friend's wedding. I followed him to his friend's wedding and he also did the same.

We went to 5 friend's wedding for the past 2 weeks. Phew.

how the 3 days weekend spent

I love 3 days weekend. Its like we spent more time on having fun than working. But still it has its downside too. More money spent and tiring. I spent my 3 days weekend with fiance. I was so bored on Friday that I made an impromptu decision driving to KL at 8 pm and watched movie. We watched The Expandables 2. My review? Not fun. The script was utterly lame and old-fashioned. I was whining why I can't watch any good movies with fiance. I heard Premium Rush is good. I wanna watch the movie so badly but my fiance already watched it. Erh. I even missed the Bourne legacy.

Okay, enough.

Then on Saturday, we went to our friend's wedding, Dayat. We moved from home at almost 10am, had breakfast and shopped wedding gift at JJ Setiawangsa. The process of selecting the present was quick. Choose this, small quantity, choose another one, not pretty, next, oh okay this is nice, select. Paid it and went to gift wrapping section. At the section there,the que was so long. Everyone wanted to wrap wedding gift.

Dayat's house is at Sungai Besar. From Setiawangsa to Sungai Besar is 2 hours and 15 minutes. We took Duke Highway, a bit of Plus Highway, exit at Rawang Selatan, took Latar Highway and turned left using the old road. At 225 pm, we arrived. Since it was the guy side, it was quite simple. Or maybe because we were late and missed a lot. Here, us with bride and groom.

I recycled my engagement outfit with different tudung and I hated it! So not gonna wear this tudung with my engagement outfit anymore.

They put the dais under the canopy. It was quite dark, the picture didn't turn out nice. Or maybe I should blame my fiance's iphone 4.

For the doorgift we got sumi, mug and some snacks. 

I went to Sayang You Semua House and this paper bag was RM2.90/10 pcs.

Sunday was the most tiring day. Maybe because on Saturday we were so tired driving in a hot weather, got no enough rest and went out again traversing the hot weather on Sunday.

First, we went to Semua House. I wanted to buy Bunga Pahar and some beadings for my solemnization outfit. Beads, success. But Bunga Pahar, not successful at all. Bunga Pahar is so freakin' expensive. First place I went, Sayang You. The Bunga Pahar gorgeousness is average and the price range varies from RM29/50 pcs to RM99/50 pcs. Couldn't decide on which one so went to survey at next shop, Sin Yin at the ground level. Here, Bunga Pahars were all over the place. They didn't arrange them accordingly. So NO. I was so lazy to see the price if its like that.

After unsuccessful mission in Semua House, we continued the unsuccessful mission in Kedai Bunga Riben. I was nearly fainted (ok exaggerated there) when I saw the price. Sooo expensive. One pcs of Bunga Pahar can reach up to RM18.90. So imagine if you want to buy 100 pcs. It is RM1890 for Bunga Pahar only!

Its pretty but its insanely expensive!

Erh. Feeling sad and hot, we went to have our lunch. Actually we went to celebrate my fiance's birthday. Since we gonna get married on December so there is no present this year. Only celebrate together. We celebrated it at Johnny's because we seriously didn't know where else to eat. I felt bad. Need to redeem back and find a nicer place to eat and when our mind and body are not tired.

another friend's wedding

I attended a friend's wedding last Saturday in Taiping. Came with 5 other friends and we were late. We came around 4pm. Everyone already went back! And there weren't a lot of pictures to capture. A bit disappointed because couldn't take group picture with 2 other friends that came over too.
